My 3 year old daughter has gum infections and would never want her teeth to be checked and cleaned until we found Dr Wong in Tooth Story. Her patience and encouragement as well as her perseverance helped to convince my daughter to get her treatment done. Dr Wong always gives a sticker to my little one after every visit to cheer her up.
The clinic provides a pleasant atmosphere to the visitors. There’s also a playroom for the children. The receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they will send a reminder two days before the appointment's date. They will also send a follow up message the next day after the treatment. Their treatment costs are listed on the wall for transparency.

Dr Wong professionally handled my case with 1 wisdom tooth extraction, 4 filing, and 1 scaling. The sessions were conducted in 2 parts. Dr Wong will brief through the condition of the problematic teeth and let me decide which operation to do first. She also suggested ways to look after the teeth so that they last longer.

On reading and assessing the reviews to be genuine, I was impressed with what all the patients had described of their experiences at this dental clinic and decided to give it a try.

I was not disappointed - from the initial encounter over WA to set up the appointment; the engagement with the clinic's reception staff on the registration & payment details /process; the scaling & polishing by Dr. Wong & her team of dental assistants. I was particularly impressed with how Dr. Wong took the time to capture on screen the areas of my teeth which needed cleaning & careful attention; her patient explanation and advice on the care of my teeth; and her thoroughness in scaling & polishing my teeth. It was a very good practice of Dr. Wong to show me the pictures of my teeth before and after the scaling & polishing was completed - a most satisfying & credible experience one can do for a patient!
